Returns

• How can I return an article?
  By sending back the article or a written cancellation within 14 days.
  
  
• Which products are refunded?
  We refund any product except those custom-built from your personal designs (e.g. personalized text). However, articles with production errors we are responsible for will be fully returned.

 

Order procedure

• Is there a minimum order?
  There is absolutely no minimum order or charge for small quantities.
  
  
• How much is the postage?
  The postage within Germany is 3,95 €. The costs for international delivery (EU) vary, you can find a table here.
  
  
• How long does shipping take?
  Regular delivery takes about 5-7 days, sometimes however due to delivery delays from our suppliers it may take longer.

 

Withdrawal

• What is my right for a withdrawal?
  You have the right to withdraw your order, without stating any reasons, via mail, fax, data carrier or email within a time span of 14 days after agreeing to our general terms and conditions. Please address your withdrawal as follows:

  To guarantee your withdrawal, simply return your merchandise or your letter of withdrawal within a 14 days time span.

• Which payment methods are accepted?
  For our European customers we accept prepayment and credit cards.
  
  
• How to redeem a coupon?
  Before sending your shopping cart and completing your order you can enter your coupon code for redemption.

• How secure is my private data?
  We collect, process and use personal costumer data in an automated process, as long as they are necessary for justification, embodiment or alteration of the contract (stock data) according to § 5 Abs. 1 TDDSG / § 14 Abs. 1 MDStV. Ferner erheben, verarbeiten und nutzen wir Nutzungs- und Abrechnungsdaten des Bestellers gemäß § 6 Abs. 1 TDDSG / § 15 Abs. 1 MDStV.

Printing techniques

• Which printing techniques do you use?
  We produce by using the following printing methods:
  - Digital photo printing
  - Flex printing
  - Flock printing
  - Screen printing
  - Embroidery
  
  
• Is there anything I have to consider regarding the different printing techniques?
  The question which printing technique would be best for your design depends on the number of colours in it and if the colours are fading into each other. Some prints, like plott printing can only print a certain number of colours at one time, on the other hand it is perfect for texts and single-coloured motifs.
